1- Legal Responsibility: Vendor affirms that all cannabis products brought to and sold at The Urth Smoke Experience are properly licensed, labeled and compliant with all applicable state and local regulations. Vendor assumes full legal responsibility for their products, staff, and actions while participating in this event.
2- Waiver of Liability: Vendor expressly agrees to waive, release and hold harmless Urth Smoke LLC, The Urth Smoke Brand, and all affiliated individuals or entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, damages, losses or expenses related to: -Selling unlicensed or non-compliant products -Unauthorized transactions (e.g., off-the-books sales) -Any incidents or adverse events resulting from product use or consumption -Health, safety or legal issues related to vendor activities at the event
3- Independent Responsibility: Vendor acknowledges that they operate independently from Urth Smoke LLC and are not agents, partners or representatives of either entity. Vendor is solely responsible for obtaining, providing and displaying all required state, county and event-specific permits and licenses.
4- No On Site Consumption Sales Unless Permits Have Been Acquired By Urth Smoke Experience: Vendor agrees not to permit or promote on site consumption of cannabis products sold at The Urth Smoke Experience unless explicitly authorized by event permit and in full compliance with California Cannabis laws.
5- Documentation & Licensing: Vendor must provide a copy of their valid California cannabis license(s) prior to the event. Vendors unable to provide proper documentation will not be permitted to operate at the event and may forfeit fees.
Booth Pricing & Selection
Each 10×10 Booth Space Is $1500 per day or $2700 for two days. Choose your day(s) Saturday and or Sunday and how many booths you will need per day. You are required to bring your own, no larger than 10×10, pop up. A six foot folding table and two chairs will be provided.
Electronic Signature & Agreement.
If you are planning on sharing your booth with a partnering company , please reach out to us directly via email so we can team them up in your booth and get them approved.
