1- Legal Responsibility: Vendor assumes full legal responsibility for their products, staff, and actions while participating in this event.
2- Waiver of Liability: Vendor expressly agrees to waive, release and hold harmless Urth Smoke LLC, The Urth Smoke Brand, and all affiliated individuals or entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, damages, losses or expenses related to: -Any incidents or adverse events resulting from product use or consumption -Health, safety or legal issues related to vendor activities at the event
3- Independent Responsibility: Vendor acknowledges that they operate independently from Urth Smoke LLC and are not agents, partners or representatives of either entity. Vendor is solely responsible for obtaining, providing and displaying all required state, county and event-specific permits and licenses.
4- Documentation & Licensing: Vendor must provide a copy of their valid California resale license(s) prior to the event. Vendors unable to provide proper documentation will not be permitted to operate at the event and may forfeit fees.
Booth Pricing & Selection
Each 10’x10′ Booth Space Is $800 per day or $1400 for two days. Choose your day(s) Saturday and or Sunday and how many booths you will need per day. You are required to bring your own, no larger than 10’x10′, pop up tent. A six foot folding table and two chairs will be provided.
Food Truck Space Is $1200 a day or $2000 for two days.
